Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015.

Proposed development at Spade Oak Quarry, Marlow Road, Little Marlow, Buckinghamshire, SL7 3SB

Notice is hereby given that Buckinghamshire Council is applying for planning permission for Creation of car park, footpaths and other Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace (SANG) infrastructure to facilitate the use of the land as a SANG.

PLEASE NOTE: AMENDED AND ADDITIONAL PLANS AND INFORMATION HAVE BEEN RECEIVED.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans and other documents submitted with it at https://www.buckinghamshire.gov.uk/planning-and-building-control/ or in person at Buckinghamshire Council, Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA during normal office hours or online at https://publicaccess.buckscc.gov.uk/online-applications/ including via internet terminals in public libraries.

Notice is hereby given that Buckinghamshire Council is applying for planning permission for Variation of conditions 1 (Time Limit), 2 (Plans) and 19 (Operations) of planning permission W/97/0709 (Determination of updated planning conditions to be attached to WR/2481/16) for the extraction of sand and gravel, to allow for an amended completion time period of the works, an amended restoration plan and the recontouring of extraction area.
