THE STAFFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(EAST STAFFORDSHIRE) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING, LOADING, STOPPING AND PARKING PLACES) (MAP BASED) ORDER 2025
The Council of Staffordshire proposes to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended)
1. The effect of these proposals is as follows:
TRO – 1005 The effect of the above order will be to reintroduce all static parking, waiting, loading and stopping restrictions currently enforced within the District of East Staffordshire into a revised map-based format. There will be no material change to any of the operational specifications or dimensions of those restrictions.
– Should you wish to make any observations on this proposal (whether you support or object to the proposal) you can submit these on the following https://consultation.appyway.com/east-staffordshire or in writing to Traffic Regulation Order Team, Staffordshire Council, Tipping Street Stafford ST16 2DH within 21 days of this notice. Any objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than 7 days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along:
Burton Rd, Needwood. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/ ?tm=GB145712616. The Order will come into operation on 10/12/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date.
It is anticipated the works will be completed on the same day. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the pole replacement works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
Dodsleigh Ln, Lower Leigh. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/ ?tm=GB145279576. The Order will come into operation on 12/1/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 16/1/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the Level Crossing works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 13/11/25 made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along:
Grafton Rd, Burton-on-Trent. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/ ?tm=GB146499115. The Order will come into operation on 24/11/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 9/12/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the hydro brake over pumping works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
Greaves Ln, Draycott In The Clay. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/ ?tm=GB145488650. The Order will come into operation on 26/11/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 26/11/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the pole replacement works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
Withington Lane, Withington. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/ ?tm=GB145422098. The Order will come into operation on 25/11/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 25/11/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the pole replacement works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

It is anticipated the works will be completed by 24/11/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the pole replacement works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
Hopley Rd, Rough Hay. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/ ?tm=145216763. The Order will come into operation on 21/11/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed on the same day. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the pole replacement works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
