What is happening?

WORCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

PUBLIC NOTICE

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

(U61603 Swan Road, Hanley Swan) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of U61603 Swan Rd from its junction with C2054 Worcester Rd to its junction with B4209 Roberts End.

Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.

Alternative route: B4209 Roberts End, C2054 Worcester Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day between 17 November 2025 and 28 November 2025.

(C2213 School Lane, Ripple) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2213 School Ln from its junction with C2213 Station Rd to its junction with U60402 Uckinghall Rd.

Reason: Tree maintenance required for overhead electrical cables by National Grid.

Alternative route: C2213 School Ln (part), U60402 Uckinghall Rd, U60402 Uckinghall, C2213 Station Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day.

Commencing: 8 December 2025.

(U63514 Lower Quest Hills Road, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of U63514 Lower Quest Hills Rd from its junction with U63514 Lower Quest Hills Rd to its junction with C2205 Howsell Rd.

Reason: Dropped kerb for new vehicle crossing by WCC.

Alternative route: C2205 Howsell Rd, U63512 Quest Hills Rd, U63514 Lower Quest Hills Rd (Part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days.

Commencing: 8 December 2025.

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.
