NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council propose to make these Orders under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53, 84(1) and (2) 101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:
1. To introduce 20mph Speed limit on WORLDS END LANE (between the junctions of Gorsy Road and Overdale Road) and WOODHOUSE ROAD, QUINTON.
2. To introduce lengths of No Waiting at Any Time on RIDGACRE ROAD, WHITE ROAD, QUINTON ROAD WEST & SIMMONS DRIVE, QUINTON.
INSTALLATION OF SPEED CUSHIONS WOODHOUSE ROAD & WORLDS END LANE, QUINTON
NOTICE is hereby given that Birmingham City Council (“the Council”) proposes under Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980 to construct speed hump up to a maximum height of 75mm, and 1800-1900mm in width and 2500mm in length at the approximate locations specified in the Schedule to this Notice, for the purpose of reducing speed.
