The Cornwall Council 
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
The County of Cornwall (Halwyn Hill, Crantock) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 17th November 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Crantock.

This prohibition is necessary for tree works and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd December 2025 to 5th December 2025. 

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.

Road affected - Halwyn Hill, Crantock between the junction of West Pentire Road and the property named Rosemaddon.

The County of Cornwall (Access To Constantine Bay, Padstow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 17th November 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Padstow.

This prohibition is necessary for works to provide new water service and it is expected that the closure will be from 1st December 2025 to 5th December 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - Access To Constantine Bay, Padstow between properties Treless and Trebere.

The County of Cornwall (Crown Road, Nanpean) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 17th November 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Nanpean. 

This prohibition is necessary for works to provide new water connection and it is expected that the closure will be from 1st December 2025 to 5th December 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 2300, weekdays only.

Road affected - Crown Road, Nanpean from Whitemoor Methodist Church to outside property known as Cres-yn-Deweth.

The County of Cornwall (Par Moor Road, Par) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Par.

This prohibition is necessary for bridge inspection on behalf of Network Rail and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th December 2025 to 17th December 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2230 and 0600, weekdays only.

Road affected - Par Moor Road, Par from junction with Harbour Road travelling south westwards for approximately 50 metres.

The County of Cornwall (South Way, Quintrell Downs) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 17th November 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Quintrell Downs. 

This prohibition is necessary for laying of Openreach duct and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd December 2025 to 5th December 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - South Way, Quintrell Downs at the slip road between A3058 South Way and A392 West Road.

The County of Cornwall (Mellingey Road, St Issey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Issey.

This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th December 2025 to 17th December 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.

Road affected - Mellingey Road, St Issey from near Barn Cottage to south of Badgers Cottage.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 17th November 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Par.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th December 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekends included.

Road affected - Road From Junction South West Of Wheal Par To Bodelva Road, Par for its entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Padstow.

This prohibition is necessary for electric connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th December 2025 to 19th December 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.

Road affected - Strand Street, Padstow from junction with New Street to No 5.

The County of Cornwall (Road From Junction North Of Bodiggo To Cross Park Farm, Luxulyan) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 17th November 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Luxulyan.

This prohibition is necessary for essential maintenance works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th December 2025 to 11th December 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Junction North Of Bodiggo To Cross Park Farm, Luxulyan from Cross Park Farm to Bodiggo Farm.
