What is happening?

STAFFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT ORDER THE STAFFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (STAFFORDSHIRE MOORLANDS) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING, LOADING, STOPPING AND PARKING PLACES) (MAP BASED) ORDER 2025

The Council of Staffordshire proposes to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended)

1. The effect of these proposals is as follows:
TRO – 1002 The effect of the above order will be to reintroduce all static parking, waiting, loading and stopping restrictions currently enforced within the District of Moorland into a revised map-based format. There will be no material change to any of the operational specifications or dimensions of those restrictions.

Any objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in that length of:

Top Chapel Ln, Brown Edge. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/ ?tm=GB146235906. The Order will come into operation on 8/12/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 11/12/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the connection of a new gas service works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Back Of The Rocks, Royal Cottage. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one. network/?tm=GB146418218. The Order will come into operation on 9/12/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 16/12/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the blockage clearing, cabling, track and fuse box installation works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Lucepool Ln, Yoxall. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB 145947701. The Order will come into operation on 8/12/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 12/12/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the customer connection works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Woodhouse Ln, Brown Edge. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/ ?tm=GB145663052. The Order will come into operation on 10/12/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 10/12/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the pole replacement works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Thorncliffe Ln, Leek. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB 146431660. The Order will come into operation on 9/12/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 15/12/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the installation of new telecommunications track and new poles works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 25/11/25 made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in that length of:

Charles Knowle Ln and Meerbrook Rd, Rushton Spencer. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB146562484. The Order will come into operation on 24/11/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 5/12/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the blockage clearing, cabling, fuse box and track installation works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 18/11/25 made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in that length of:

Blackwood Hill Ln, Endon. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/ ?tm=GB146071178. The Order will come into operation on 26/11/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 26/11/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the pole replacement works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

New Buildings, Knypersley. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/ ?tm=GB145656557. The Order will come into operation on 25/11/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 27/11/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the pipe works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier. The Order will come into operation on 26/11/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 26/11/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the pole replacement works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 13/11/25 made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along:

Prestwood Ln, Prestwood. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/ ?tm=GB145707650. The Order will come into operation on 24/11/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed on the same day. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the poling works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
