What is happening?

CAMBRIDGESHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

The City of Cambridge (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Order 2022 (Amendment No. 73) Order 202-

Notice is hereby given that Cambridgeshire County Council proposes to make the above named Order under the powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Traffic Management Act 2004.

The effect of this Order will be to introduce a prohibition of waiting at any time (double yellow lines) on Harradine Street, Dobson Way, Pychard Road and Hartree Lane, Cambridge. These roads are to be adopted as public highway maintained by the Cambridgeshire County Council, to enable the existing double yellow lines to be enforceable a legal order called a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) is required.

Objections stating the grounds on which they are made, and other representations, must be sent in writing by 10th December 2025. Please use the portal link above or write to the undersigned. Cambridgeshire County Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 2004 and all other enabling powers.

The effect of this Order will be to introduce a prohibition of waiting at any time (install double yellow lines) on Park Street, Dry Drayton at its junction with the access to 27-47 Park Street and on the turning head of the access road and to introduce a restriction of waiting on Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 9.30am and 2.30pm - 4pm.
