What is happening?

(JUNCTION ROAD ETC, HOLYHEAD) (20MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 202*

(BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL (BIRMINGHAM, A4540 TO CITY BOUNDARY) (ONE WAY TRAFFIC) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2019)
(GREEN LANE, HOLYHEAD) (VARIATION) ORDER 202*

NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council propose to make these Orders under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53, 84(1) and (2) 101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:

1. To introduce No Waiting at Any Time at the junction of CROCKETTS ROAD, JUNCTION ROAD and BREARLEY STREET, HOLYHEAD

2. To introduce a 20mph Speed limit on Junction Road, Belmont Road, Belmont Road East, Clarence Avenue, Clarence Road, Cross Street, Earlsmead Road, Frinton Grove, George Street, Green Lane, Kentish Road, Malvern Road, Nuttall Grove, Orford Grove, Paddington Road, Peasefield Close, Raglan Road, Station Road, Wattville Road, Woodland Road, Holyhead

3. To introduce One Way on GREEN LANE, HOLYHEAD from the junction of that section of Green Lane that links Wattville Road & Raglan Road, to the junction with Holyhead Road. For vehicles to travel in a northerly direction.

Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should write to the Assistant Director – Transport & Connectivity at Place, Prosperity & Sustainability Directorate, Birmingham City Council, PO Box 14439, Birmingham B2 2JE stating the grounds for objection by 10th December 2025.
