Greenaway Lane, Fareham - Temporary Road Closure due to new road surfacing
What is happening?
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of Greenaway Lane between its junction with Brook Lane and continuing to a point 100 metres East on Greenaway Lane.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: N/A (Access only).
DURATION OF ORDER: from Monday 1st December 2025 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 4 days and this order will be in operation 24 hours a day).
