Upper Old Street/ Kestrel Close, Fareham - Temporary Footpath Closure due to utility works
What is happening?
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
FOOTPATH TO BE CLOSED: that footpath between its junction with Upper Old Street and its junction with Kestrel Close.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: N/A.
DURATION OF ORDER: from Monday 1st December 2025 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 4 days and this order will be in operation 24 hours a day).
