Bydd y Gorchymyn uchod wnaethpwyd ar 18eg Tachwedd 2025 dan Adran 119 o’r Ddeddf Priffyrdd 1980 yn gwyro’r llwybr cyhoeddus sy’n rhedeg: O ger giât cae ychydig i’r de-orllewin o Garnedd Goch ym mhwynt A (SH5143372567), mae’r llwybr yn mynd tua’r gogledd-ddwyrain drwy’r buarth, gan fynd drwy gatiau ym mhwyntiau B, C, D ac E. Yma, mae’n gadael y buarth ac yn parhau tua’r gogledd-ddwyrain ar hyd llwybr caeëdig am tua 34M i bwynt F. Yna mae’n parhau tua’r gogledd-ddwyrain ar hyd ymyl cae am tua 48M i orffen ym mhwynt H (SH5156072695). Cyfanswm hyd y llwybr yw 182 metr ac nid oes ganddo led wedi’i gofnodi.

i drywydd sy’n rhedeg: O bwynt A (SH5143372567) mae’r llwybr yn mynd tua’r de-ddwyrain, gan groesi’r ffordd fynediad i bwynt G lle bydd giât yn cael ei gosod i’r cae cyfagos. Yna mae’r llwybr yn parhau tua’r gogledd-ddwyrain ar hyd ymyl y cae ac yn mynd heibio annedd Garnedd Goch i bwynt H (SH5156072695). Bydd giât yn cael ei gosod i’r cae i’r gogledd yn y pwynt hwn, ac mae’r gwyriad yn terfynu yma. Cyfanswm yr hyd yw tua 200 metr a’i led yw 2 metr.

Mae’n bosib i’r cyhoedd archwilio copi o’r Gorchymyn a’r Map yn Swyddfa’r Cyngor, Llangefni drwy apwyntiad neu yn llyfrgell Porthaethwy. Neu bydd copi o’r dogfennau uchod ar gael ar wefan y Cyngor www.ynysmon.gov.uk/gorchmynion-cyfreithiol.

Dylid anfon unrhyw sylwadau ar y Gorchymyn neu wrthwynebiad iddo mewn ysgrifen at Rheolwr Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol, Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn, Swyddfeydd y Sir, Llangefni cyn 19eg Rhagfyr 2025 gan ddatgan y rheswm dros eu cyflwyno. Bydd rhain ar gael i’w harchwilio gan y cyhoedd.

Oni chyflwynir sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau yn y modd uchod neu os tynnir hwynt yn ôl gall Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn gadarnhau’r Gorchymyn eu hunain fel Gorchymyn di-wrthwynebiad. Os cyflwynir y Gorchymyn i Lywodraeth Cymru i’w gadarnhau yna amgaeir y sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau gyda’r Gorchymyn oni thynnwyd hwy yn ôl.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
CYNGOR SIR YNYS MÔN / ISLE OF ANGLESEY COUNTY COUNCIL
(FOOTPATH NO.12 IN THE COMMUNITY OF PENMYNYDD) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2025

The above Order, made on 18th November 2025, under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the Public Footpath running: From near a field gate just SW of Garnedd Goch at point A (SH5143372567), the path proceeds NE through the farmyard, passing through gates at points B, C, D and E. Here, it leaves the farmyard and continues NE along an enclosed track for approximately 34M to point F. It then continues NE alongside a field edge for approximately 48M to end at point H (SH5156072695). The total length is approximately 182M and it has no recorded width. to a line running: From point A (SH5143372567) the path proceeds SE, crossing the access road to point G where a gate will be installed into the adjoining field. The path then continues NE alongside the field edge and passing the Garnedd Goch dwelling to point H (SH5156072695). A gate will be installed into the enclosure to the north at this point, and the diversion ends here. The total length is approximately 200M and its width shall be 2M.

It is possible to inspect a copy of the Order and Order Map at the Council Offices, Llangefni by appointment or at Menai Bridge library.

Alternatively, copies of the above documents are available on the Council’s website www.anglesey.gov.uk/legal-orders or hard copies of the above documents will be sent in the post free of charge on request if you contact SiwanJones@ynysmon.llyw.cymru or 01248 752591 (during normal office hours).

Any representation about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Legal Services Manager, Isle of Anglesey County Council, County Offices, Llangefni not later than the 19th December 2025. Please state the grounds on which they are made. These will be available for public inspection.

If no representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Isle of Anglesey County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Welsh Government for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
