fod y Cyngor fel yr Awdurdod Priffyrdd ar gyfer Pen-y-bont ar Ogwr, wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Adran 14(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), yn bwriadu creu Gorchymyn, a hynny heb fod yn llai na 7 diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, a fydd yn cyflwyno dros dro y cyfyngiadau a nodir yn yr atodlen isod.Mae’r Gorchymyn er budd diogelwch y cyhoedd er mwyn i beiriannydd weithio ar strwythur uwchben.Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 15/12/2025 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am uchafswm o 18 mis neu nes bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau, p’un bynnag sydd gynharaf.Rhagwelir y bydd y gwaith arfaethedig yn cael ei wneud rhwng 09:30 a 15:30 o 15/12/2025 i 16/12/2025.
Atodlen - Ni chaiff neb beri i unrhyw gerbyd fynd ar hyd Heol Llangeinor i’r gronfa ddŵr drwy Lyn-y-Glowr, o’r gyffordd â Inter-valley Road i orsaf bwmpio Cae Carw, hyd at bwynt y tu allan i Olygfa-y-Cwm, Llangeinwyr.Y llwybr amgen ar gyfer cerbydau yw ar hyd Inter-valley Road i orsaf bwmpio Caegarw, yr A4093, Inter-valley Road i Ffordd Fynediad Llangeinor Arms, Heol Llangeinor, ac i’r gwrthwyneb.Cynhelir mynediad trwy’r safle ar gyfer yr Heddlu a’r Gwasanaethau Tân ac Ambiwlans sy’n ymateb i argyfyngau. Trefniadau rhybuddio i’w cytuno. Cynhelir mynediad i gerddwyr i bob eiddo o fewn ardal y cyfyngiad ar hyd llwybrau a ddiffinnir trwy gydol y cyfnod cau Fodd bynnag, bydd y cyfyngiadau’n berthnasol dim ond ar adegau ac i’r graddau a ddangosir o bryd i’w gilydd ar arwyddion traffig a osodir gan Reoliadau a Chyfarwyddiadau Cyffredinol Arwyddion Traffig 2016.

BRIDGEND COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL
(HEOL LLANGEINOR TO RESEVOIR VIA GLYN-Y-GLOWR)
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council as the Highway Authority for Bridgend in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intends in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order which will temporarily introduce the restriction set out in the schedule below. The Order is in the interest of public safety for engineer to work on overhead structure. The Order will come into force on the 15/12/2025 and will continue in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until such time as the works are completed, whichever is the sooner.
It is anticipated the planned works will be undertaken between the hours of 09:30am and 15:30pm from the 15/12/2025 to 16/12/2025.
Schedule - No person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Heol Llangeinor to resevoir via Glyn-y-glowr, from its junction with the Inter valley Road to Cae Carw pumping station, to a point outside Golygfa-Y-Cwm, Llangeinor.The alternative route for vehicles is via Inter Valley road to Caegarw pumping station, A4093, Inter-valley road to Llangeinor Arms Access Road, Heol Llangeinor, and vice versa.Access will be maintained through the site for Police, Fire and Ambulance Services responding to emergencies. Warning arrangements to be agreed. Pedestrian access to all properties within the restriction will be maintained along defined routes throughout the period of the closure
The restrictions shall however only apply at such time and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
