EAST AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(Cathcartston, Dalmellington) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2025

On 18 November 2025 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order,to allow Scottish Water Works.

Temporary Road Closure – Cathcartston, Dalmellington, From No.5 to No.8.

The Order commences on 01 December 2025 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 01 December 2025 at 08:00 with the closure remaining in place until 21 December 2025 at 15:00.

The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians’ out-with the working zone will be maintained.

An alternative route N/A.

SOUTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL

(Green Street Lane,Green Street, North Harbour Street, Ayr - Wallacetown) (Temporary Road Closure & Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2025 On 13 November 2025 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow works by Energetics to install electrical track into new development site.

Road Closure – Green Street Lane

Green Street Lane - From North Harbour Trading Estate enterance to North Harbour Street.

No Waiting At Any Time Green Street Lane, Green Street, North Harbour Street

Green Street Lane - From North Harbour Trading Estate enterance to North Harbour Street (Both sides of carriageway).

Green Street - From North Harbour Street for approx 60 metres (Both sides of carriageway).

North Harbour Street - From Back Main Street to 15 metres west of Green Street (Both sides of carriageway).

The Order commences on 03 December 2025 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 03 December 2025 at 07:00 until 24 December 2025 at 17:00.

The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order restrictions will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

Access for Emergency Services, residents and deliveries out-with the working zone will be maintained via diversion route.

An alternative route: Westbound traffic - North Harbour Street - York Street - Taylor Street - Green Street - Crown Street & vice versa. Eastbound traffic - Back Main Street - Crown Street & vice versa.

SOUTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL

(Glencairn Road , Ayr) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2025

On 13 November 2025 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow Scottish Water Works.

Temporary Road ClosureGlencairn Road, Ayr From junction with Holmston Drive eastwards for 15m

The Order commences on 01 December 2025 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 01 December 2025 at 09:00 until 09 December 2025 at 17:00.

The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians’ out-with the working zone will be maintained via diversion route.

An alternative route will be signed via Holmston Drive, Caledonia Road and vice versa.

SOUTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL

(C29 Roan of Craigoch, Maybole) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2025

On 13 November 2025 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, to allow works by Babcock Rail to renew level crossing.

Temporary Road Closure – C29 Roan of Craigoch, Maybole, Full extent of Kilkerran Level crossing.

The Order commences on 28 November 2025 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 28 November 2025 at 23:00 with the closure remaining in place until 08 December 2025 at 05:00.

The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

Access for Emergency Services, residents and deliveries out-with the working zone will be maintained via diversion route.

An alternative route will be signed via B741 - B7023 - Abbot Street - Ladywell Road - Dailly Road and vice versa. From Kilgrammie - B741 - Main Street, Dailly - Linfern Road, Dailly - B741 - end.

Please note diversion not suitable for vehicles over 4.3m due to height restricted bridge.

SOUTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL

(Duncan Street,Wilson Street, Girvan) (Temporary Road Closure & Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2025

On 13 November 2025 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow BT Works.

Road Closure – Duncan Street, Wilson Street, Girvan Duncan Street - From outside No.16 - outside No.12 for 26m.

Wilson Street - From junction with Duncan Street to outside No.55 Wilson Street for 46m.

No Waiting At Any Time – Duncan Street, Wilson Street, Girvan

Duncan Street - From outside No.16 - outside No.12 for 26m both sides of carriageway.

Wilson Street - Fom junction with Duncan Street to outside No.55 Wilson Street for 46m both sides of carriageway.

ONLY ONE ROAD WILL BE CLOSED AT ANY GIVEN TIME THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF THESE WORKS.

The Order commences on 01 December 2025 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 01 December 2025 at 08:00 until 12 December 2025 at 17:00.

The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order restrictions will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

Access for Emergency Services, residents and deliveries a out-with the working zone will be maintained via diversion route.

Alternative routes: Wilson Street diversion - Duncan Street >Greenside >Ailsa Street West. Duncan Street diversion - Dalrymple Street >Duff Street> Wilson Street.
