RUN ITALY KENSINGTON HIGH STREET AND HOLLAND PARK AREA
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 S16A
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea hereby makes the following Order under The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 Section 16(A) and all other enabling powers prohibiting vehicles from proceeding or waiting in road(s) cited below.
1. This order shall come into operation on the date and between the times specified in the schedule below or until normal operations can be resumed whichever is sooner
2. No person shall cause any vehicle to enter the prescribed area on the dates and times specified
3. No person shall cause any vehicle to proceed on the section of road on the date and time specified in the schedule
4. Local access/egress for residents and businesses will be maintained where possible
5. Nothing in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission of, or at the direction of, a police constable in uniform or a traffic warden.
6. Nothing in this Order shall apply to any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes or for the purposes of a statutory undertaker in an emergency.
7. Where necessary to maintain access for residents and occupiers one way or two-way traffic working may be imposed on affected roads.

Schedule
- Kensington High Street including all its junctions to be closed eastbound opposite the junction of Earl’s Court Road to the junction of Hornton Street. Diverted eastbound traffic to use Earl’s Court Road, Cromwell Road, Queen’s Gate, Kensington Road, Kensington High Street.
- Ilchester Place is to be closed at the side of number 26 opposite the entrance to Holland Park to the junction of Abbotsbury Road.
- Abbotsbury Road including all its junctions is to be closed from Holland Park to Melbury Road.
- Holland Park in all directions is to be closed from Holland Park Avenue to Abbotsbury Road.
- To be closed on the Sunday 23rd November 2025 from 07:30hrs until 12:00hrs.
