Notice is hereby given that Manchester City Council made the following Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The title and affect of the Orders will be as follows City Of Manchester (Garlick Street, Gorton And Abbey Hey) (Prohibition Of Waiting) (Amendment) Order 2025 No Waiting at any Time on: Garlick Street - both sides from its junction with Wellington Street in an easterly direction for a distance of 7 metres. Existing Orders have been amended to be consistent with the proposals. The Orders will come into operation on the 19th November 2025.
Copy of the made Orders together with the plans showing the proposals may be inspected at Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Extension, M60 2LA. (for Sat. Nav. use M2 5DB) between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm on Mon - Fri. Anyone wishing to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may within 6 weeks from 14th November 2025 apply to the High Court for such purpose.
