What is happening?
STOCKPORT METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 NOTICE OF ESTABLISHMENT OF SPARROW CROSSING AND TOUCAN CROSSING AT CHEADLE ROYAL JUNCTION, CHEADLE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Metropolitan Borough Council of Stockport in exercise of its powers under section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, proposes to establish a Sparrow Crossing at Royal Crescent, entire width of the carriageway, centred at a point 42 metres south west from its junction with the A34/Cheadle Royal Roundabout, and a Toucan Crossing at: Wilmslow Road Slip Road North westbound onto A34, entire width of carriageway centred at a point 26 metres north west from the intersection with the A34/Cheadle Royal Roundabout, Wilmslow Road Slip Road South Westbound onto A34, entire width of carriageway centred at a point 5 metres north west from the A34/Cheadle Royal Roundabout, A34/ Cheadle Royal Roundabout entire width of carriageway centred at a point 83 metres north east from Royal Crescent, Access Road to Cheadle Royal Retail Park, entire width of carriageway centred at a point 36 metres east from Wilmslow Road Roundabout, Wilmslow Road, Cheadle, entire width of Wilmslow Road, centred at a point 111 metres north from its junction with Harrow Drive, and Wilmslow Road, Cheadle, entire width of Wilmslow Road, centred at a point 75 metres south of its junction with Harrow Drive.
