KINVER PARISH (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
Notice is herby given that the Staffordshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, made an Order the effectof which will be to prohibit any users from proceeding along the section of Public Bridleway No. 95 from Hyde Lane to its junction with the A458 for approximately 3.5 km
The closure is required under the provision of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 Section 14 (1) (b) due to the unsafe condition of the bridle bridge and subsequent works required.
No alternative route is available.
A plan will be displayed on site to show the length of path to be closed and unaffected rights of way in the area.
This Order will come into operation on 17 November 2025 and will remain in force for a period of six months or until the risk of danger to the public is over, whichever is the earlier. If necessary, after six months, the Order may be extended for a further period with the approval of the Secretary of State.
