NOTICE OF STOPPING UP ORDER MADE AT/ADJACENT TO GRAHAME PARK ESTATE PLOTS H-K, PERCIVAL AVENUE, LANACRE
AVENUE, QUAKERS COURSE AND FLIGHT APPROACH NW9
(STOPPING UP ORDER NO.1 2024)
NOTICE is hereby given that the London Borough of Barnet ("the Council") acting in its capacity as local highway authority has made an order under section 247 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) ("the Act") entitled LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET STOPPING UP OF HIGHWAY AT/ADJACENT TO GRAHAME PARK ESTATE PLOTS H-K, PERCIVAL AVENUE, LANACRE AVENUE, QUAKERS COURSE AND FLIGHT APPROACH NW9 ("the Order") authorising the stopping up of the highway described in the Order and the First Schedule of the Order. THE ORDER IS MADE to enable the development described in the Second Schedule of the Order at Plots 10-12 of Grahame Park Estate Colindale London NW9 5XA, to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted by the Council under Part III of the Act on 31 July 2020 under planning reference 19/5493/OUT and any subsequent permissions granted under section 73 of the Act which vary or amend this planning permission which do not affect the area being stopped up and will be for no other purpose.
COPIES OF THE ORDER, THE SCHEDULE AND THE PLAN REFERRED TO IN THE
ORDER MAY BE OBTAINED free of charge from the Development Control Manager, Development Control Team, Highways Service, Environment Directorate, London Borough of Barnet, 3rd Floor, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London NW9 4EW and may be inspected at the same address between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm Mondays to Fridays Friday (excluding bank holidays and public holidays). Alternatively, please contact the Council on 020-8359-3555 between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm Mondays to Fridays or email highway.development@barnet.gov.uk to arrange for a copy of the Order and relevant plan to be posted to be posted. A copy may also be viewed on the Council's website www.barnet.gov.uk.
Any person aggrieved by the making of the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order (or of any provision contained therein) on the ground that the Order is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of the date of this notice apply to the High Court for suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provisions contained therein.
