NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC – ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – Ancoats Lane, Great Warford
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers proposes to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic.
Prohibition of traffic – Ancoats Lane, Great Warford
From the junction of Noah’s Ark Lane to the junction of Read Agriculture Farm
The alternative route will be via Ancoats Lane, Faulkner’s Lane, Hall Lane, Knutsford Road, Warford Lane and vice versa which is considered the most suitable route.
This order will come into operation on Monday 8 December 2025 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Tuesday 16 December 2025.

Notice Is Hereby Given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic.
Prohibition of traffic – West Way, Holmes Chapel
from the junction of Jubilee Walk to outside house number 81.
The alternative route will be via West Way, Chester Road and vice versa which is considered the most suitable route.
This order will come into operation on Monday 24 November 2025 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Friday 5 December 2025.
