Mutley Plain - Temporary Prohibition of Driving
What is happening?
PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (MUTLEY PLAIN) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(as amended), have made an Order the effect of which is:
1. To prohibit the driving of vehicles in:
• Mutley Plain inbound - No right hand turn onto Mutley Plain outbound
The prohibition of driving will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed. The Order shall come into force on 2nd December 2025 and shall continue in force for a maximum of 18 months
It is anticipated that the utility works will commence on the 2nd December 2025 until 3rd December 2025 23:00 - 6:00
