Colborne Road - Amendment of Parking Restrictions
What is happening?
NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDER THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS) (AMENDMENT ORDER NO. 2025.2137349 - COLBORNE ROAD) ORDER
The Council of the City of Plymouth in exercise of their powers under the relevant Sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) (“the Act”), and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act, hereby intend to make the above named Order:-
The effect of the order shall be to;
1. Add/Amend Parking Restrictions on lengths of the following roads: Buttercup Road, Colborne Road & Starling Drive
Full details are contained in the Order, which, together with the relevant plans, any Orders amended, and a statement of reasons for making the Order may be examined on Plymouth City Council website: https:// www.plymouth.gov.uk/traffic-and-road-safetyschemes Alternatively, please call 01752 668000 and we can send you a hard copy.
