(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE)ORDER 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council intend in not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic from proceeding along the length of road set out in the Schedule below whilst the Order is in force. During such periods as are indicated by traffic signs informing the public that the road is closed.
The Order is necessary to enable Openreach to carry out civil engineering works in the road.
The Order will come into force on the 8 th December 2025 and shall continue in force for a maximum duration of 18 months, or until the works are completed whichever is the sooner; but it is anticipated the works will take 2 days to complete.

SCHEDULE
Terminus Hill will be closed from its junction with St Johns Terrace in a southerly direction to its junction with Old Road.
The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via the B4290 Old Road, A4230 New Road.
Access for pedestrian and emergency vehicles will be maintained.
