(VARIOUS ROADS, WALSALL) ORDER NOVEMBER 2025

Notice is hereby given that Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council intends, not less than 7 days from the date of this notice, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prevent any vehicles from proceeding in the lengths of carriageway specified in schedule 1 OTHER THAN in the direction specified in Schedule 2.

SCHEDULE 1
Sutton Road, Walsall that is situated from its junction with A4148 Broadway North to its junction with Sutton Road Service Road. (08:00-17:00) (Sunday 23 November 2025)
Reason for Order: Installing telecom pole using a HIAB
Works on behalf of: Buko Traffic and Safety.

And, prevent any vehicles proceeding in the length of:
ADAMS ROAD, BROWNHILLS that is situated from its junction with A452 Chester Road. (09:30 – 15:30) (Saturday 22 November 2025).
Reason for Order: Repair a defective frame and cover.
Works on behalf of: Severn Trent Water.
BELL LANE, WALSALL that is situated from its junction with West Bromwich Road Service Road to its junction with Bell Lane (main road). (09:00 – 15:30) (Monday 24 November 2025).
Reason for Order: Replace pole in verge.
Works on behalf of: Core Highways.
SMALL STREET, WALSALL that is situated from its junction with Brace Street for its entire length. (08:00 – 17:00) (Thursday 27 November 2025, Friday 28 November 2025 and Monday 1 December 2025).
Reason for Order: Carriageway ducting.
Works on behalf of: MJ Quinn.
FLEMING ROAD, BLOXWICH that is situated from its junction with Leamore Lane to its junction with Stephenson Avenue. (in phases from Monday 24 November 2025 to Friday 5 December 2025).
Reason for Order: HV Electric cabling.
Works on behalf of: National Grid.
BEACON ROAD, WILLENHALL that is situated at its junction with A462 Essington Road. (Monday 24 November 2025 to Wednesday 26 November 2025)
Reason for Order: Communication pipe repair.
Works on behalf of: Severn Trent.
This ORDER will come into operation on Saturday 22 November 2025. It is anticipated that the works will be completed as close as possible to the dates above. Signed diversion routes (viewable on the website one.network) will be in operation for affected traffic. The Order will remain in force for a period of eighteen months or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.
