What is happening?

PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Wolverhampton City Council propose to make the following Order under Sections 1, 2,124(1)(d) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is as follows:
THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL (TETTENHALL) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND STREET PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO 5) ORDER 2025
This Order will prohibit any motor vehicle to:
(i) wait at any time in parts of Lawnswood Avenue as specified on the Plan.
Existing Traffic Regulation Orders are hereby varied or revoked to the extent insofar as is necessary to facilitate the provisions of this Order.
A copy of the Order, Statement of Reasons and Plan showing the parts of the roads affected by the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at Main Reception, Civic Centre, St Peter's Square, Wolverhampton or viewed online at

Any objection(s) to the proposed Order should be made in writing to the undersigned by Friday 5th December 2025 stating the ground(s) for the objection(s).
