NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(NOOK CRESCENT, NOOK GLADE AND PRESTON ROAD, GRIMSARGH, PRESTON CITY) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 202*
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of waiting in the following lengths of road:
a) Nook Crescent, Grimsargh, both sides, from its junction with the centreline of Preston Road for a distance of 15 metres in an easterly direction;
b) Nook Glade, Grimsargh, both sides, from its junction with the centreline of Preston Road for a distance of 16 metres in a southerly direction;
c) Preston Road, Grimsargh, the east side, from a point 7 metres north of its junction with the centreline of Nook Crescent for a distance of 12 metres in a southerly direction.
A copy of the draft Order and associated documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Preston City Council, PO Box 10, Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
