TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRICTION – To impose a 30 mph temporary speed restriction on the following road: Botley Road, North Baddesley, Test Valley between its junction with Insert Road Name and its junction with Insert Road Name.  
TEMPORARY NO WAITING AT ANY TIME – To temporarily impose a No Waiting At Any Time at The Broadway, Winchester for the whole extent of the payment parking bays in front of the Guildhall on the south side. The current rules:(Mon-Sat, 8am-6pm, Max stay 1hr, no return in 2 hrs) is suspended. The extent of the bay will be subject to No Waiting At Any Time, except Park and Ride buses.
THE NO WAITING AT ANY TIME RESTRICTION WILL BE IN FORCE BETWEEN THE 21st NOVEMBER and 22nd DECEMBER.
