Oakhanger Road, Selborne, East Hampshire - Temporary Road Closure due to duct laying
What is happening?
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of Oakhanger Road between its junction with St Mary Magdalene Church and the property known as Wimble Cottage.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: B3004, A325.
DURATION OF ORDER: from 26th November 2025 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 3 days, working between the hours 08:00-18:00).
The road closure has been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for Circet UK Ltd to carry out duct laying. If there are any queries or enquires regarding this Order or the associated works, please contact: Thomas.kirk@circet.co.uk Circet UK Ltd will provide reasonable facilities to allow access to adjacent premises and provide notice to those directly affected while the work is being carried out.
