RHODDIR RHYBUDD fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy wedi gwneud Gorchymyn i wahardd unrhyw gerddwr rhag mynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o lwybr troed cyhoeddus rhif 44 yng nghymuned Llangwm sy’n dechrau ar yr A5T yng nghyfeirnod grid SH 0128 4480, yn parhau tua’r de gan groesi pont droed dros yr Afon Ceirw, ac yn troi tua’r gorllewin gyda glan yr afon at giât cae yng nghyfeirnod grid SH 0106 4471.

Mae angen y Gorchymyn oherwydd bod pont anniogel yn debygol o achosi perygl i’r cyhoedd, a daw i rym ar 17 Tachwedd 2025. Rhagwelir y bydd y llwybr troed ar gau nes bydd y gwaith arfateithiol wedi’i gwblhau, ond am ddim mwy na 6 mis.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)

Conwy County Borough Council

(Footpath 44 Llangwm) (Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians) Order 2025

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Conwy County Borough Council Council has made an Order to prohibit any pedestrian to proceed in that section of public footpath no 44 in the community of Llangwm commencing from the A5T at grid reference SH 0128 4480 and proceeding in a southerly direction crossing a footbridge over the Afon Ceirw turning westerly along river side to a field gate at grid reference SH 0106 4471.

The Order is necessary for the reason of likelihood of danger to the public due to an unsafe bridge and will come into effect on 17 November 2025. It is anticipated that the footpath will be closed until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, subject to a maximum period of 6 months.
