RHODDIR RHYBUDD fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, ddim llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad y Rhybudd hwn, i wahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Grange Road Bae Colwyn Bay o gyffordd Rhiw Road i gyffordd Uplands Road.

Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn caniatáu gwaith gan Wales and West Utilities. Caniateir mynediad i gerddwyr ac i’r gwasanaethau brys tra bydd y ffordd ar gau. Bydd y llwybr amgen ar hyd Uplands Road i Dundonald Road ac ymlaen i Rhiw Road ac fel arall.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 1 Rhagfyr 2025. Disgwylir y bydd y ffordd ar gau am gyfnod o ddim mwy na 22 diwrnod.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)

Conwy County Borough Council

(Grange Road Colwyn Bay) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2025

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Conwy County Borough Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles to proceed in that length of Grange Road Colwyn Bay from junction of Rhiw Road to junction of Uplands Road.

The Order is necessary to facilitate works by Wales and West Utilities. Pedestrian and Emergency access will be maintained. The alternative route will be via Uplands Road, Dundonald Road and onto Rhiw Road and vice versa.

The Order comes into effect on 1 December 2025

It is anticipated that the road will be closed for a maximum period of 22 days.
