HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin wedi gwneud Gorchymyn sy’n gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd y B4314 Pentywyn, o’r gyffordd â’r ffordd Dosbarth III sy’n arwain i Marros wrth y groesffordd am bellter o 1.9km i gyfeiriad y gogledd-orllewin.
Lle bo’n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.
Y Ffordd Arall ar gyfer traffig sydd am deithio tua’r de-orllewin fydd parhau i gyfeiriad y gogledd-orllewin o fan sydd i’r gogledd-orllewin o’r man lle mae’r ffordd ar gau ar hyd y B4314 sy’n arwain i’r groesffordd yn Rhos-goch. Troi i’r dde wrth y groesffordd a pharhau ar hyd y ffordd Dosbarth III sy’n arwain i Landdowror hyd at y gyffordd â’r A477 Sanclêr. Troi i’r dde i’r A477 i Sanclêr hyd at y gylchfan. Wrth y gylchfan, defnyddio’r ail allanfa i’r A4066 Heol Dinbych-y-pysgod, gan fynd i mewn i Sanclêr a pharhau ar hyd Heol Dinbych-y-pysgod hyd at y goleuadau wrth y groesffordd. Wrth y groesffordd yn Sanclêr, troi i’r dde i’r Stryd Fawr. Wrth y gyffordd nesaf, troi i’r dde i’r A4066 sy’n arwain i Bentywyn. Parhau ar hyd yr A4066, trwy bentref Talacharn a Llanmilo i bentref Pentywyn. Ar ôl mynd i mewn i bentref Pentywyn, parhau ar hyd Marsh Road, ar hyd glan y môr a pharhau i fyny Bryn Pentywyn. Parhau ar hyd y B4314 allan o Bentywyn am ychydig i ddychwelyd i fan sydd i’r de-ddwyrain o’r man lle mae’r ffordd ar gau.
Bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau mewn grym hyd nes bod gwaith ar uniadau a cheblau’r rhwydwaith ffeibr, sy’n cael ei wneud ar ran Openreach, wedi’i gwblhau.
Bwriedir i’r gwaith ddechrau ddydd Llun 17eg Tachwedd 2025, am gyfnod o 12 diwrnod.
Lle bo hynny’n briodol gall Gorchmynion Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd dros dro barhau mewn grym am hyd at ddeunaw mis.

HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin yn bwriadu, heb fod yn llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd Golwg Llandingad, Llanymddyfri, o’r gyffordd â’r A40 Ffordd y Frenhines, am bellter o 137 metr i gyfeiriad y de-orllewin.
Lle bo’n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.
Y Ffordd Arall ar gyfer traffig sydd am deithio tua’r de-orllewin o fan sydd i’r gogledd-ddwyrain o’r man lle mae’r ffordd ar gau fydd parhau i gyfeiriad y de-ddwyrain ar hyd yr A40 Ffordd y Frenhines, hyd at y gyffordd â’r A4069 Stryd Lydan. Troi i’r dde wrth y gyffordd a pharhau i gyfeiriad y de-orllewin ar hyd yr A4069 Stryd Lydan, hyd at y gyffordd â Banc yr Eglwys.
Troi i’r dde wrth y gyffordd a pharhau i gyfeiriad y gogledd-orllewin ar hyd Banc yr Eglwys, hyd at y gyffordd â Golwg Llandingad. Troi i’r dde wrth y gyffordd a pharhau i gyfeiriad y gogledd ar hyd Golwg Llandingad i ddychwelyd i fan sydd i’r de-orllewin o’r man lle mae’r ffordd ar gau. I’r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio tua’r gogledd-ddwyrain Bydd y Gorchymyn arfaethedig yn parhau mewn grym wrth i waith gael ei wneud ar ran Wales and West Utilities i newid lleoliad prif bibell nwy.
Bwriedir i’r gwaith ddechrau ddydd Llun 15 Rhagfyr 2025, am gyfnod o fis tan ddydd Iau 15 Ionawr 2026.

Bydd y Gorchymyn uchod, a wnaed ar y 3ydd o Tachwedd 2025, o dan Adran 119 o Ddeddf Priffyrdd 1980, yn dargyfeirio rhan o’r llwybr troed cyhoedus, 37/63 yn nghymuned Llanfair-Ar-Y-Bryn, Sir Gaerfyrddin, fel y dangosir ar Fap y Gorchymyn. Mae copi o’r Gorchymyn a map y gorchymyn wedi’u gosod a gellir eu gweld yn rhad ac am ddim yn Hawliau Tramwy Cyhoeddus, Parc Coetir Mynydd Mawr, Y Tymbl, Llanelli, SA14 6HU, rhwng 10am a 3pm ar ddydd Llun a dydd Mercher neu erbyn apwyntiad blaenorol. The County of Carmarthenshire
(B4314 Pendine Leading to Red Roses) (Temporary
Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the B4314 Pendine, from its junction with the Class III Road leading to Marros on the crossroads for a distance of 1.9km in a north-westerly direction. Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.
The Alternative Route for south-west bound traffic will be to proceed in a north-westerly direction from a point north-west of the closure along the B4314 leading to the crossroads at Red Roses. Turn right at the crossroads and continue along the Class III Road leading to Llanddowror to the junction with the A477 St Clears. Turn right on to the A477 to St Clears to the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit on to the A4066 Tenby Road, entering St Clears and continue along Tenby Road to the lights at the crossroads. At the crossroads in St Clears, turn right on to High Street. At the next junction, turn right on to the A4066 leading to Pendine. Continue along the A4066, through the village of Laugharne and Llanmiloe into the village of Pendine. Upon entering the village of Pendine, proceed along Marsh Road, along the seafront and continue up Pendine Hill. Continue along the B4314 out of Pendine for a short while to return to a point south-east of the closure.
The Order will continue in force until cable and jointing work on the fibre network, carried out on behalf of Openreach have been completed.
It is intended that the works will commence on Monday the 17th November 2025, for a period of 12 days. Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.

(Dingat View, Llandovery) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Dingat View, Llandovery, from its junction with the A40 Queensway, for a distance of 137 metres in a south-westerly direction.
Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.
The Alternative Route for south-west bound traffic from a point north-east of the closure, will be to proceed in a south-easterly direction along the A40 Queensway, to its junction with the A4069 Broad Street. At the junction, turn right and continue in a south-westerly direction along the A40609 Broad Street, to its junction with Church Bank. At the junction, turn right and continue in a north-westerly direction along Church Bank, to its junction with Dingat View. At the junction, turn right and continue in a northerly direction along Dingat View to return to a point south-west of the closure. Vice versa for north-east bound traffic The proposed Order will continue in force whilst works are carried out on behalf of Wales and West Utilities to replace the location of a gas main.
It is intended that the works commence on Monday 15th December 2025 for one month until Thursday 15th January 2026.
Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.

Notice of Making of an Order Highways Act 1980
“Carmarthenshire County Council
(Public Footpath 37/63, Panryrhedyn, Cynghordy) Public Path Diversion Order 2025”
The above Order, made on the 3rd of November 2025, under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert part of public footpath 37/63 in the Community of Llanfair-Ar-Y-Bryn, Carmarthenshire, as shown on the Order Map.
A copy of the Order and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at Public Rights of Way, Mynydd Mawr Woodland Park, Tumble, Llanelli, SA14 6HU, between the hours of 10am and 3pm on Mondays and Wednesdays or by prior appointment.
Postal copies of the order and map may be obtained at the price of £5.00. Alternatively, a digital copy can be requested by emailing prow@carmarthenshire.gov.uk.
Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Daniel W. John, Head of Environmental Infrastructure, Place, Infrastructure & Economic Development Department, County Hall, Carmarthen, Carmarthenshire, SA31 1HQ, quoting the above reference, not later than the 10th of December 2025.Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Carmarthenshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Welsh Government for confirmation, any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
