What is happening?

THE COUNCIL INTENDS TO MAKE
(Church Ln, Oving) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Church Ln for approx. 58M. Alternative route: Baulk Rd, Pitchcott Rd, Church Ln, Manor Rd and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Anglian Water relay comms pipe works commence on 3 December 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 3 December 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Watery Ln, Marsworth) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Watery Ln for approx. 59M. The closure is required whilst Openreach cabling and pole works commence on 2 December 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 2 December 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Cow Ln, Gawcott) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Cow Ln for approx. 21M. The closure is required whilst Anglian Water new connection works commence on 9 December 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 9 December 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
