NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(CHARTER LANE AND LILY AVENUE, CHARNOCK RICHARD, CHORLEY BOROUGH) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of waiting in the following lengths of road:
a) Charter Lane, Charnock Richard, the north east side, from a point 165.5 metres south east of its junction with the Centreline of Church Lane for a distance of 50 metres in a south easterly direction;
b) Lily Avenue, Charnock Richard, both sides, from its junction with the Centreline of Charter Lane for a distance of 12.5 metres in a north easterly direction.

A copy of the draft Order and associated documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Chorley Borough Council, Town Hall, Market Street, Chorley, PR7 1DP and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
