DANEBURY AVENUE, SW15

PROPOSED WAITING RESTRICTIONS

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth propose to make the following Order under section 6 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.

• The Wandsworth (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Areas) (Amendment No.*) Order 202*;

2. The general effect of the Order will be to introduce a length of double yellow lines (“no waiting at any time”) in the following lengths of Danebury Avenue:–

a) the south side, approximately 12m west of the eastern flank wall of 117-211 Danebury Avenue, westwards for 15m.

b) the south side, approximately 88m west of the eastern flank wall of 117-211 Danebury Avenue, westwards for 15m.

c) the south side, approximately 18m east of the western flank wall of 117-211 Danebury Avenue, westwards for 15m.

d) the north side to fill in the gap between the existing DYLs on the north side between Mount Angelus Road and Harbridge Avenue, for approximately 202.7m.

3. Copies of documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposed Order are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU. The documents will remain available until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order are made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Order.

4. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection to the Director of Environment and Community Services at the address below within 21 days of the date of this Notice.

BUS LANE – WANDSWORTH BRIDGE

• The Wandsworth (Bus Lane) (No. 1) Order 2025

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth following the agreement of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham on 5 November 2025 made the above order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.

2. The general effect of the Order is to introduce a bus lane, operating at all times, on Bridgend Road and Wandsworth Bridge on their south-western sides, from Wandsworth Roundabout, extending north-westwards for a distance of approximately 417 metres to a point south of the junction with Carnwath Road. Exemptions will be allowed for taxis, cycles and solo motorcycles.

3. Copies of details giving further details to the Order, which comes into force on 10 November 2025 can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU for a period of six weeks from when the Order was made.

4. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of their provisions on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of the said Act of 1984 or of any instrument made under the said Act of 1984 has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.

PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF HOURS OF OPERATION OF BUS LANE – FALCON ROAD

• The Wandsworth (Bus Lane) (No.*) Order 202*

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth purpose to make the above order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.

2. The general effect of the Order will be to amend the hours of operation of the bus lane in Falcon Road so that it operates between 7am and 10am and between 4pm and 7pm on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive.

3. Copies of details giving further details to the Order can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU.

4. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds on which it is made to the Director of Environment and Community Services at the address below within 21 days of the date of this Notice.

WANDSWORTH BOROUGH COUNCIL

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)

PUTNEY BRIDGE ROAD AND PUTNEY HIGH STREET

1. The Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate the safe and expeditious movement of traffic (“the works”), they intend to make an Order, the effect of which will be to introduce temporary changes to the north-west bound bus lane on Putney Bridge Road as set out in paragraph 2 below.

2. Whilst the Order remains in force

(a) the “Except Cycles” exemption on the prohibited left turn out of Putney Bridge Road onto Putney High Street suspended, the effect being that cycles will be included in the prohibited turn.

(b) the southbound bus lane on Putney High Street between Putney Bridge and Putney Bridge Road will be suspended.

3. The Order will come into effect on 13 November 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months. The temporary restrictions will only apply at such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by the placing of traffic signs.

St James’s Drive and Balham Park Road, SW17

Proposed Zebra Crossings

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in pursuance of Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to establish a number of zebra crossings

(a) Balham Park Road, where the crossing facility will be located outside No. 82 Balham Park Road. The control area will be from a point outside No. 84 extending eastwards for approximately 22 metres;

(b) St James’s Drive, where the crossing will be situated outside Nos. 82/84 St James’s Drive. The control area will be from 87 St James’s Drive, southwards for a distance of approximately 40 metres.

The control area will be from its junction with Falcon Road eastwards for a distance of approximately 27 metres.
