(Woolton Road & Church Road) (Temporary Prohibition
of Driving) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Council has made the
above-mentioned Order under Section 14 of The Road
Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, to prohibit any vehicle
from proceeding along: - (a) Woolton Road/Church
Road, L19 from the junction with Shrewsbury Road to the
junctions of Speke Road/St Marys Road; & (b) Woolton
Road, L19, from its junction with Shrewsbury Road to its
junction with Horrocks Avenue. This Order shall become
operative from the 15 to 24 December 2025, or for
such a lesser period of time as dictated by the early
completion of the works which are to safely enable
Council contractors to continue with their undertaking
of essential highway maintenance works in phases.
A signed diversion will be erected for the duration of the
closures.
