NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council propose to make this Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53, 101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:
• To introduce a length of No Stopping Mon - Fr 8am - 4pm on GEORGE STREET, BALSALL HEATH WEST outside property No’s 1 & 3.
INSTALLATION OF SPEED CUSHIONS
HALLAM STREET & LINCOLN STREET, BALSALL HEATH WEST
NOTICE is also hereby given that above named Council proposes under Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980 to construct speed cushions up to a maximum height of maximum height of 65, 2500mm in length and 1800 to 1900mm in width at the approximate locations specified in the Schedule to this Notice, for the purpose of reducing speed:
