NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the City and County of Swansea did on 5th November 2025 make an Experimental Order in pursuance of its powers as contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) under Sections 9 and 10 the effect of such Order is as set out in the Schedules below. The Order will come into effect on 17th November 2025 for a period of 18 months. A copy of the Order, Statement of Reasons and an appropriate plan may be inspected during normal office hours in the Civic Centre Oystermouth Road Swansea SA1 3SN or alternatively, it can be accessed via https://www.swansea.gov.uk/experimentaltrafficorders. This Order may be made permanent subject to consideration by the Council of any objections. Any objections to the Order should be submitted in writing, setting out the
reasons for such objections, to reach the Head of Legal, Democratic Services and Business Intelligence, Civic Centre, Oystermouth, Road, Swansea, SA1 3SN or via email at Legal.TrafficNotices@swansea.gov.uk within six months of the date the Order comes into force quoting reference DVT/284691/AR
SCHEDULE 1
REVOCATIONS
The existing Orders are revoked as far as they are inconsistent with the proposals hereinafter contained which relate to the
length or lengths of the road or roads referred to in the schedules hereto.

PROHIBITION OF WAITING AT ANY TIME,

Southern Kerbline
From a point 7.5 metres east of the westernmost boundary of No.73/ 75 Eversley Road for a distance of 20 metres in a
easterly direction.
From a point 23 metres west of the westernmost boundary of No.73/ 75 Eversley Road for a distance of 28 metres in a
westerly direction.
SCHEDULE 3
POINT OF NO ENTRY
FROGMORE AVENUE
- At the junction with Coed Saeson Crescent - This will prohibit motorised vehicles travelling in a southerly direction only.
EVERSLEY ROAD
- At the junction with the western kerbline of Frogmore Avenue - This will prohibit motorised vehicles travelling in a westerly
direction only.
SCHEDULE 4
ONE WAY TRAFFIC FLOW - NORTHERLY THEN EASTERLY DIRECTION ONLY
EVERSLEY ROAD
At its junction with the north eastern kerbline of Gower Road in a northerly then easterly direction to its junction with the
western kerbline of Frogmore Avenue.
FROGMORE AVENUE - NORTHERLY DIRECTION ONLY
From a junction with the southern kerbline of Eversley Road to its junction with the southern kerbline of Coed Saeson
Crescent.
