ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)
C328 RED PETH AND C328 FEATHERSTONE COMMON TO REDPETH HALTWHISTLE (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on the following sections in the County of Northumberland:

C328 Featherstone Common To Redpeth from its junction with C327 Pinkings Cleugh Junction To Blenkinsopp Highway in a north eastwards direction for its entire length.

C328, C328 Red Peth from its junction with C328 Featherstone Common To Redpeth heading in a north eastwards direction for its entire length.
The Order is to be effective from the 27th November 2025 until the 5th December 2025.
It is expected that the roads will only be closed on the 27th November 2025 between the hours of 09:30-15:30 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 5th December 2025.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via A69, C327 and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

The closure has been requested by Sunbelt Rentals to clear a blockage. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)
U8087 CARTERWAYHEADS JUNCTION TO SHOTLEYFELL PLANTATION SLALEY (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U8087 Carterwayheads Junction to Shotleyfell Plantation Slaley from its junction with B6306 Carterway Heads to Kilnpit Hill heading in a southwards direction for a distance of 660 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 24th November 2025 until 20th February 2026.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 24th November 2025 until the 28th November 2025 between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 20th February 2026.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via B6278, A68 and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)
U8069 DALTON JUNCTION TO STINTED PASTURES HEXHAM (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U8069 Dalton Junction to Stinted Pastures Hexham from its junction with C228 Whitley Chapel to Dipton Mill heading in an east southwards direction for a distance of 1500 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 27th November 2025 until the 5th December 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 27th November 2025 until the 28th November 2025 between the hours of 09:30 and 14:45 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 5th December 2025.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via C228 and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

U9044 DYKES HOUSE JUNCTION TO ROBSHEUGH JUNCTION STAMFORDHAM
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U9044 Dykes House Junction to Robsheugh Junction Stamfordham from its junction with U9043 Heugh Junction to Silverhead Junction heading in a north easterly direction for its entire length in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 1st December 2025 until the 19th December 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 1st December 2025 until the 12th December 2025 between the hours of 08:00 to 16:30 weekday working only during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 19th December 2025.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via U9043, C345 and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

U8211 CROFTS WAY FOOTWAY CORBRIDGE, U8211 CARHAM CLOSE FOOTWAY CORBRIDGE, U8211 CROFTS AVENUE FOOTWAY CORBRIDGE (TEMPORARY FOOTWAY CLOSURES) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by pedestrian traffic on the following sections in the County of Northumberland:

U8211 Crofts Way Footway from its junction with U8211 Crofts Way heading in a northwards direction for a distance of 30 metres.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via Crofts Way, Crofts Way Footway and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

U8211 Carham Close Footway from its junction with Crofts Avenue heading in a northwards direction for 55 metres.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via Carham Close, Crofts Avenue and vice-versa.

U8211 Crofts Avenue Footway from its junction with U8211 Crofts Way heading in a southwards direction for a distance of 30 metres.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via Crofts Avenue Footway, Crofts Way and vice-versa.
The Order is to be effective from the 24th November 2025 until the 12th December 2025.
It is expected that the footways will only be closed from the 24th November 2025 until the 5th December 2025; the footways will be closed at all times during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 12th December 2025.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)
U8290 TANNERS ROW HEXHAM
(TEMPORARY ONE-WAY SYSTEM) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to introduce a temporary one-way system on that section of the U8290 Tanners Row from its junction with U8290 Glovers Place heading in a north eastward direction for a distance of 95 metres which will only allow northbound traffic in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 1st December 2025 until the 12th December 2025.
It is expected that the temporary one-way system will be in place from the 1st December 2025 until the 8th December 2025 at all times during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 12th December 2025.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via Alexander Place, Giles Place, Glovers Place and Tanners Row and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

The temporary one-way system has been requested by Northern Gas Networks to excavate in the carriageway. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)
PARISH OF WYLAM PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO 9
(TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use of Parish of Wylam Public Footpath No 9, in the County of Northumberland.
The route is described as follows:
Wylam Public Footpath No 9
From a point on the C254 road (Ovingham Road) 175 metres south-west of Wylam Hall in a general south-easterly direction for a distance of 345 metres to a point on the former railway line immediately east of Hagg Bank Bridge.
There is no alternative route available.
The Order is to be effective from the 26th November 2025 until the 19th December 2025.

The closure has been requested by Sunbelt Rentals Limited in the interests of public safety, to facilitate works to install a new electrical cable.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)
U8243 SIDGATE FOOTWAY NEWBROUGH (TEMPORARY FOOTWAY CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by pedestrian traffic on that section of the U8243 Sidgate Footway from its northern junction off U8243 Sidgate heading in a southwards direction for a distance of 35 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 17th November 2025 until the 5th December 2025.
It is expected that the footway will only be closed from the 17th November 2025 until the 21st November 2025 the footway will be closed at all times during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 5th December 2025.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via U8243, U8138, U8243 and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.
