Friary Road, Temporary Road Closure For Various Works

What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - As Amended By The Road Traffic - (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 - Section 14(1) - Temporary Road Closure - Friary Road N12

The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing for the need to facilitate the installation of a pedestrian crossing with a raised table, drainage works, the installation of speed cushions and footway reconstruction works, they have made an Order which will close Friary Road N12, outside Nos. 8 to 10 Friary Road, while the works take place.

The works will commence on Monday 17th November 2025 at 8:00am and is expected to last for 6 days.

The alternative route for motorists will be via: Torrington Park, Ravensdale Ave, High Road and vice versa.

Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
