South Lakeland – Proposed Parking Restrictions (Double Yellow Lines)

(CONSOLIDATION OF TRAFFIC REGULATIONS)

(ORDER 2023) VARIATION ORDER NO.03 20><

1. Westmorland and Furness Council hereby give notice that it proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1) and 2(1) to (4), 32, 35, 35A, 38, 45, 46, 47, 49, 51, 53 and 64 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The effect of the proposed Order will be to make changes to parking restrictions in the following locations:

I. A592 Troutbeck Church proposed 'no waiting at any time' (double yellow line) restrictions (Plan SL-TR-2023.003.01 Restrictions A-E).

II. C5026 Newby Bridge proposed 'no waiting at any time' (double yellow line) restrictions (Plan SL-TR-2023.003.02 Restriction 2A-2E).

III. A592 Rayrigg Road, Windermere proposed 'no waiting at any time' (double yellow line) restrictions (Plan SL-TR2023.003.03 Restriction 3).

3. Full details of the proposed Order, together with plans showing the lengths of road concerned, and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be:
