(40 M.P.H. SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2025 (3409)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council proposes to make anorder under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effects of which will be, in respects of roads at Edwinstowe in the Newark and Sherwood District in the County of Nottinghamshire

1. No person shall drive any vehicle at a speed exceeding 40 miles per hour on the lengths of road specified in the Schedule of this Order.

SCHEDULE

B6030 CLIPSTONE ROAD, EDWINSTOWE

* From a point 40 metres south-west of its junction with Portland Row in a north-easterly direction for 462 metres.

B6034 EDWINSTOWE ROAD, EDWINSTOWE

* From its junction with B6030 Clipstone Road in a south-easterly direction for 80 metres.

B6034 RUFFORD ROAD, EDWINSTOWE

* From its junction with B6030 Clipstone Road in a north-westerly direction for 39 metres.

Any objections should clearly state the reasons for the objections and should reach us in writing, either by letter or email, by 27th November 2025. If the objection cannot be resolved, it will be reported through the County Council’s procedures at the appropriate time.
