NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY COUNCIL

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

(KIRKNEWTON 40 MPH SPEED RESTRICTION) ORDER 2025 (TROM_335)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make the above-named Order under Sections 81 to 84 and Part III and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order, if made, will be to introduce a 40 miles per hour speed restriction on the following lengths of highways in Kirknewton in the County of Northumberland:-

Exemptions are included in the Order for police, fire and rescue, ambulance and special forces purposes.
