(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U6114 Windmill Way, Allery Banks Morpeth from its junction with Morpeth Town Castle Morpeth Footpath 006 heading in south easterly direction for a distance of 20 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 26th November 2025 until the 5th December 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 26th November 2025 until the 28th November 2025 between the hours of 09:30 and 17:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 5th December 2025.
There is no alternative route for vehicular traffic.

U3110 GORDON TERRACE NORTH BROOMHILL
U3110 QUEEN STREET NORTH BROOMHILL
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on the following sections in the County of Northumberland.
• U3110 Gordon Terrace from outside the front of number 1 Gordon terrace heading in a south westerly direction for a length of 10 metres.
• U3110 Queen Street from its point with Gordon Terrace heading in a north westerly direction for a length of 12 metres.
The Order is to be effective from the 1st December 2025 until the 24th December 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 1st December 2025 until the 10th December 2025 however it will be closed at all times during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 24th December 2025.
There is no alternative route available.

C169 ELILAW TO GLANTON AND ALNHAM MAIN ROAD ALNHAM
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on the following sections in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 25th November 2025 until the 6th December 2025.
Road closures
C169 Elilaw To Glanton from its junction with C169 Alnham Main Road, Alnham heading in a north eastwards direction for a distance of 2829 metres.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 26th November 2025 until the 27th November 2025 between the hours of 08:30 – 16:30 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 6th December 2025.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via C169, U4010, U4009, U4012 and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.
C169 Alnham Main Road from its junction with C169 Elilaw To Glanton heading in a southwards direction for a distance of 688 metres.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 25th November 2025 until the 26th November 2025 between the hours of 08:30 – 16:30 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 6th December 2025.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via C169, C172, U4009, U4010 and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

C312 BARDON MILL TO BRADLEYGATE BARDON MILL
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the C312 Bardon Mill to Bradleygate Bardon Mill 77 metres eastwards from its junction with C307 Park Lane heading further eastwards for a distance of 31 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 24th November 2025 until the 5th December 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 24th November 2025 until the 28th November 2025 and that the road will be closed at all times during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 5th December 2025.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via C312, A69, U7070, C311, U7058, U7059 and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

U3044 ACKLINGTON ROAD BACK LANE AMBLE
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U3044 Acklington Road Back Lane Amble from outside the rear of number 54 Acklington Road heading in a north westerly direction for a length of 18 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 24th November 2025 until the 1st December 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 24th November 2025 until the 28th November 2025 and that it will be closed at all times during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 1st December 2025.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being
Bisley Road, Westfield Amble and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)
C16 OLD DRYBURN JUNCTION TO HOLY ISLAND CAUSEWAY BEAL
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the C16 Old Dryburn Junction to Holy Island Causeway Beal 20 metres either side of the level crossing in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective on the 25th November 2025. It is expected that the road will only be closed on the 25th November 2025 between of 00:05 hours and 06:00 hours.
There is no alternative route for vehicular traffic.

U3014 DUNSTAN SQUARE TO EMBLETON LINKS EMBLETON
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U3014 Dunstan Square to Embleton Links Embleton from its point with Embleton Alnwick District Footpath 016 heading in an easterly direction for a distance of 35 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 1st December 2025 until the 12th December 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 1st December 2025 until the 5th December 2025and that it will be closed at all times during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 12th December 2025.
There is no alternative route available.

C179 ROAD FROM LAIRDS COTTAGE C179 TO WOODSIDE COTTAGE
U402 BURRADON (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the C179 Road from Lairds Cottage C179 to Woodside Cottage U402 from its junction with U4029 Burradon Junction to Sharpeton Junction heading in a north easterly direction for its entire length in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 26th November 2025 until the 5th December 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 26th November 2025 until the 27th November 2025 between the hours of 08:30 and 16:30 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 5th December 2025.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via C179, C172, C176, C178, B6341, U4084 and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on the U3134 Straffen Court Amble in its entirety.
The Order is to be effective from the 8th December 2025 until the 8th May 2026. It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 8th December 2025 until the 11th December 2025 between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 8th May 2026.
There is no alternative route available for vehicular traffic.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U1104 Broomey Road Wooler from its junction with U1078 heading in a northerly direction for a length of 30 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 15th December 2025 until the 22nd December 2025
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 15th December 2025 until 16th December 2025 between the hours of 09:00 until 16:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 22nd December 2025.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being
U1078, U111, U1104 and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

C95 SEA VIEW SHILBOTTLE TO WARKWORTH, SHILBOTTLE
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the C95 Sea View Shilbottle to Warkworth Shilbottle 46 metres south westwards from its junction with Station Cottages, Warkworth heading in a south westwards direction for a distance of 137 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 15th November 2025 until the 16th November 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 15th November 2025 until the 16th November 2025 between 23:00 hours and 08:15 hours.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via C95, U3030, U3029 and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U17 Cheswick Junction to Goswick, Cheswick 7 metres north eastwards from its junction with Goswick Station Cottages heading in a north easterly direction for a distance of 52 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 19th November 2025 until the 20th November 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 19th November 2025 until the 20th November 2025 between the hours of 23:00 & 06:00.
There is no alternative route for vehicular traffic.

A697 BETWEEN MORPETH AND LONGHORSLEY, MORPETH
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the A697 between Morpeth and Longhorsley from its junction with the C140 Heighley Gate to Hebron Junction for a distance of 950 metres in a south-easterly direction in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 10th November 2025 until the 20th December 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 13th November 2025 until the 10th December 2025 between the hours of 20:00 and 06:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until the 20th December 2025.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being the C140 and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

The Order is to be effective from the 17th November 2025 until the 15th December 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 17th November 2025 until the 24th November 2025, the road will be closed at all times during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 15th December 2025.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U6112 Gas House Lane Morpeth from the gable end of number 3 Crawford Cottages for a distance of 54 metres in a north-easterly direction in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 10th November 2025 until the 12th January 2026.
It is expected that the road will be closed from the 10th November 2025 until the 5th December 2025 at all times during this period; however, the order will remain in place until the 12th January 2026.

(WAITING, LOADING & PARKING PLACES) (MAP BASED)
CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2024 VARIATION ORDER 30
(TRO_101_30)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council, in exercise of the powers conferred under sections 1 to 4, 32, 35, 45 and 46, 61 and 64 (as appropriate) and Part IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other powers so enabling have made the abovenamed Order.
The effect of the Order, which will come into force on the 10th November 2025, will be to vary the “Northumberland County Council (Waiting, Loading & Parking Places) (Map Based) Consolidation Order 2024” by modifying the existing limited waiting parking places (free parking places) on Bailiffgate, Alnwick which apply currently Monday-Saturday between the hours of 8.00-18.00, with 4 hours maximum stay and no return within 1 hour, to 2 hours maximum stay and no return within 3 hours.
It should be noted that the current resident permit parking place restrictions applying Monday-Saturday between the hours of 8.00-18.00 will remain.
The restrictions can also be viewed in map format, as the maps form part of the mapbased schedule to the Order. A copy of the Order, together with the maps that form part of the Schedule to the Order and any other relevant documents, notices or Orders as appropriate as well as a Statement of the Council’s reasons for making the Order are available to view or download on the NCC Website:
