THE MIDLOTHIAN COUNCIL (B6372: MOUNT LOTHIAN TO A6094)
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025 - TTRO/R 5.3.294
Notice is hereby given that Midlothian Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffi c Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which is that for a temporary period, to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works the B6372 will be closed to through traffic between its crossroads junction with U72 and its junction with the A6094. The Order has effect on 17 November 2025 and shall remain in force up to and including 7 December 2025. Pedestrian access will be maintained. Alternative routes for general vehicular traffic will be clearly signposted.

(PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION ON WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING ETC)
(VARIATION NO 22) ORDER 2025 - TO/R5.3.149
Midlothian Council 3 November 2025 made the above Order, which will come into force on 1 December 2025. The effect is to apply double yellow line waiting restrictions at junctions on Andrew Dodd’s Avenue in Mayfield, and single yellow line (Wednesdays) restrictions at junctions on the rear service lane.
THE MIDLOTHIAN COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS)

(VARIATION NO 23) ORDER 2025 - TO/R5.3.163
Midlothian Council 3 November 2025 made the above Order, which will come into force on 1 December 2025. The effect is to apply single yellow line (daytime) restrictions on the access road to the Beeslack High School campus in Penicuik.

(VARIATION NO 24) ORDER 2025 - TO/R5.3.164
Midlothian Council on 3 November 2025 made the above Order, which will come into force on 1 December 2025. The effect is to extend double yellow line waiting restrictions on Park Road, Newtongrange. *****
These Orders may be examined from 6 November to 15 December 2025 at www.tellmescotland.gov.uk, at Libraries or from david.chambers@midlothian.gov.uk. Anyone wishing to question the validity of these Orders or of any of their provisions on the grounds that they are not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act, or that a requirement of such Act or of any relevant regulation has not been complied with, may within six weeks from 3 November 2025 apply for this purpose to the Court of Session.
