(C2117 Badgers Hill to Handgate Lane, Sheriffs Lench) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of C2117 Badgers Hill to Handgate Ln from a point of 330 metres west of its junction with U43606 Evesham Rd for a distance of 100 metres in a south westerly direction.

Reason: New customer connection by STW.

Alternative route: U43606 Evesham Rd, U43606 Hipton Hill, U44000 Lenchwick Ln, A44 Chadbury Bypass, A44 Evesham Rd, C2022 Fladbury Hill, C2117 Hill Furze, C2117 Badgers Hill to Handgate Ln (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs). Commencing: 6 November 2025.

(U45225 Badsey Fields Lane, Badsey) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of U45225 Badsey Fields Ln from its junction with U45253 Fields Cl for a distance of 175 metres in an easterly direction.

Reason: Manhole cover replacement by STW.

Alternative route: No diversion due to the road being a dead end.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 10 November 2025.

(U45200 Three Cocks Lane, Offenham) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of U45200 Three Cocks Ln from its junction with B4510 Newtown to its junction with U45204 Main St.

Reason: Development Works by Bromford Homes.

Alternative route: U45200 Three Cocks Ln (part), B4510 Newtown, B4510 Evesham Rd, U45206 Laurels Rd, U45204 Main St, U45200 Three Cocks Ln (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days (24hrs). Commencing: 10 November 2025.

(C2007 Netherton Lane, Elmley Castle) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of C2007 Netherton Ln from its junction with U46602 Cornhill to its junction with U46601 Netherton Ln.

Reason: Drainage Work by WCC.

Alternative route: C2007 Netherton Ln (part), U46601 Netherton Castle, C2223 Bricklehampton to B4084 Evesham Rd, B4084 Main Rd, B4084 Pershore Rd, C2023 Haselor Ln, C2007 Netherton to Haselor Ln and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days (24hrs). Commencing: 10 November 2025.

(Link Footpath F40874 St Marks Close to Charity Crescent, Evesham) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of Link Footpath F40874 St Marks Cl (Btw No’s 40-67) to Charity Cres from its junction with U44659 St. Marks Cl to its junction with U44656 Charity Cres.

Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.

Alternative route: U44656 Charity Cres U44659, St Marks Cl and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 19 days (24hrs). Commencing: 1 December 2025.

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended)

(District of Wychavon – Evesham Area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2025 [Prohibition of Waiting and No Stopping on School Entrance Markings on Four Pools Road, Evesham]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of road in Evesham:

• Four Pools Road: (Northern most vehicular entrance to The De Montfort High School) (Both sides): From its junction with Four Pools Road for 22 metres in an easterly direction.

• No Stopping on School Keep Clear Markings

• Four Pools Road (East side): From a point 86 metres north of its junction with Four Pools Lane for 26 metres in a northerly direction; From a point 120 metres north of its junction with Four Pools Lane for 26 metres in a northerly direction; From a point 138 metres north of its junction with Four Pools Lane for 43.5 metres in a northerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.
