What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – (AS AMENDED)
PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY NO. 95 KINVER PARISH (TEMPORARY CLOSURE)
ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Staffordshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any users from proceeding along Public Bridleway No. 95 from Hyde Lane to its junction with the A458 for approximately 3.5 Km.
The closure is required under the provision of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 Section 14 (1) (b) due to the unsafe condition of the bridle bridge and subsequent works required.
No alternative route is available.
A plan will be displayed on site to show the length of path to be closed and unaffected rights of way in the area.
This Order will come into operation on 17 November 2025 and will remain in force for a period of six months or until the risk of danger to the public is over, whichever is the earlier. If necessary, after six months, the Order may be extended for a further period with the approval of the Secretary of State.

PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 8 ENVILLE PARISH (TEMPORARY CLOSURE)
ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Staffordshire County Council, on 4/11/25 made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any users from proceeding along the entire length of Public Footpath No. 8 Enville Parish from the junction of the Footpath and Morfe Lane for 830m south until the junction with Blundies Lane for a period of six months or until the risk of danger to the public is over, whichever is the earlier.
The closure is required under the provision of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 Section 14 (1) (b) due to the unsafe condition of the footbridge and subsequent works required.
No alternative route is available.
A plan will be displayed on site to show the length of path to be closed and unaffected rights of way in the area.
This Order shall come into operation on 5/11/25 and continues the restriction that came in to force on 20/2025 and may be cited as the Staffordshire County Council Public Footpath No. 8 Enville Parish (Temporary Closure) Order 2025.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit vehicles proceeding along:
Clive Rd, Pattingham. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB146438584. The Order will come into operation on 26/11/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 26/11/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the gas maintenance works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The Order will come into operation on 16:00hrs 8/11/25 and the said closure will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the closure will be completed by 21:00hrs 8/11/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the Himley Hall Fireworks Event 2025, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The Order will come into operation on 25/11/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 27/11/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the utility works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The Order will come into operation on 11/11/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 11/11/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the utility works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The Order will come into operation on 13/11/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 28/11/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the gas main replacement works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the utility works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
