Order made: To close that part of C2195 Heightington Rd from its junction with C2021 Dunley Rd to its junction with B4194 Red Hill.

Reason: Carriageway resurfacing and patching by WCC.

Alternative route: B4194 Red Hill, B4194 Ribbesford Rd, A451 Dunley, C2021 Dunley, C2021 Dunley Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 10 November and 24 November 2025.

(C2187 Butts Lane, Stone) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of C2187 Butts Ln from its junction with U13618 Barrs Ln for a distance of 105 metres in a northerly direction.

Reason: Drainage work for flood alleviation by WCC.

Alternative route: C2187 Butts Ln (part), A450 Worcester Rd, A448 Bromsgrove Rd, A448 Stone Hill, C2187 Stanklyn Ln, C2187 Butts Ln (part) and vice versa.

Order made: To close that part of A449 Wolverhampton Rd from its junction with C2283 Castle Rd to its junction with U13213 Axborough Ln.

Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by Montel Civil Engineering/Vistry.

Alternative route: A449 Wolverhampton Rd (part), A451 Stourbridge Rd into Staffordshire, into Dudley, into Staffordshire, A449 Wolverhampton Rd (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 10 nights (21:00–06:00) between 8 November 2025 and 24 November 2025.

(U13237 Hayes Road/U13229 Knight Road/U13238 Sebright Green/U13235 Sebright Road, Wolverley) Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of

Closure 1 — U13237 Hayes Road from its junction with U13238 Sebright Rd (west junction) to its junction with U13235 Sebright Rd (east junction).

Closure 2 — U13229 Knight Road from its junction with U13237 Hayes Rd to its junction with U13235 Sebright Rd.

Closure 3 — U13238 Sebright Green from its junction with U13229 Knight Rd to its junction with U13235 Sebright Rd.

Closure 4 — U13235 Sebright Rd from its junction with U13237 Hayes Rd (west junction) to its junction with U13237 Hayes Rd (south junction).

Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.

Alternative route: Diversion 1: Sebright Rd/Sebright Green/Knight Rd: U13237 Hayes Rd and vice versa.

Diversion 2: Hayes Rd: U13235 Sebright Rd and vice versa.

Pedestrians to use opposite footways.

Reason: Manhole cover renewal by STW.

Proposed Order: To close that part of U12603 Oldnall Rd from its junction with A449 Chester Rd South to its junction with U12600 Barnetts Ln.

Reason: Carriageway resurfacing including civil works by WCC.

Alternative route: A449 Chester Rd South, U12600 Barnetts Ln and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days between 4 December 2025 and 18 December 2025.

(C2082 Lunnon Lane, Droitwich) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2082 Lunnon Ln from its junction with C2018 Clattercut Ln to its junction with U13612 Park Ln.

Reason: Carriageway resurfacing including civils work over multiple phases by WCC.

Alternative route: C2018 Clattercut Ln, U13612 Park Ln and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day between 1 December 2025 and 12 December 2025.

(C2129 Habberley Road, Bewdley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of C2129 Habberley Rd from its junction with U13007 Valley Cl to its junction with C2129 Hoarstone Ln.

Reason: Tree maintenance by WCC.

Alternative route: C2129 Habberley Rd (part), C2129 Habberley Ln, B4190 Habberley Rd, C2129 Trimpley Ln, C2129 Hoarstone Ln, C2129 Habberley Rd (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days. Commencing: 12 November 2025.

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (A442 Droitwich Road, A450 Worcester Road & U40002 Torton Lane, Hartlebury Parish) (40 mph Speed Limit) Order 2025

On 23 October 2025 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to reduce the speed limit on the following lengths of roads in Hartlebury Parish to 40 miles per hour:

• A442 Droitwich Road – From its junction with A449 Worcester Road in a south easterly direction to a point 315 metres southeast of its junction with A450 Worcester Road roundabout (Torton).

• A450 Worcester Road – From its junction with A449 Worcester Road in a northeasterly direction to a point 220 metres northeast of its junction with A450 Worcester Road roundabout (Torton).

• U40002 Torton Lane – For its entire length.

There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for speed enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 13 November 2025.
