ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)
(King George Road, Horsforth, Leeds)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because resurfacing works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will be that:
No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along the crescent of King George Road, Horsforth Ward, or the cul-de-sac commencing between property numbers 59 & 113. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Monday 17 November 2025 and will remain in force for a
maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Friday 19 December 2025. The closure will be in place between 08:00 hours and 15:30 hours only, each day. G Moate
(Park Place, Leeds) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because cranage works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order the effect of which will be that:
No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Park Place, Leeds, between its junctions with King Street and Central Street. In addition it will be necessary to temporarily suspend the existing one-way system in place on Park Place between Central Street and Queen Street, to enable vehicles
to pass in both directions. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: King Street, St Pauls Street & Queen Street. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained.
The Order is intended to come into operation on Sunday 23 November 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier.
The works are expected to take place during the following periods 1. From 20:00 hours on Sunday 24 November 2025 until 01:00 hours on Monday 25 November 2025 2. Between 20:00 hours and 23:59 hours on Wednesday 21 January 2026. A Coultate. Ref: ECN2500927

Section 90c Highways Act 1980 Proposed Traffic Calming Measures – Kent Road, Pudsey
Leeds City Council proposes to implement the above highway improvements and is required under Section 90C of the Highways Act 1980, to place at appropriate points on the highway concerned a Notice of their proposals. The proposal includes the provision of the following traffic calming measures
at various points on Kent Road, Pudsey, in the specific locations, and of type and dimensions listed below: a. 9m x 7.2m Road Hump, 45m south of Chaucer Avenue. b. 22m x 7.8m Speed Table Junction, 50m north of Chaucer Avenue.
c. 3.9m x 7.3m Road Hump, 15m south of Kent Crescent (N) d. 9m x 7.8m Road Hump, 65m north of Kent Crescent (N) e. 5.9m x 7.4m Road Hump, 25m south Sycamore Chase f. 9m x 7.2m Speed Table, 15m south of Greenwood Row. g. 9m x 7.1m Speed Table, 20m NW of Crimbles Terrace.
