GORCHYMYN CEFFNRDD YR A4076 (DREDEGMAN HILL I POPE HILL, HWLFFORDD, SIR BENFRO) (DILEU CYFYNGIAD) 202-
MAE GWEINIDOGION CYMRU yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn drwy arfer eu pwerau o dan adrannau 82(2), 83(1) a 124(1)(d) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, a pharagraff 27(1) o Atodlen 9 iddi. Effaith y Gorchymyn arfaethedig fydd dileu cyfyngiad er mwyn adfer y terfyn cyflymder cenedlaethol ar y darnau o gerbydffordd tua’r gogledd a cherbydffordd tua’r de ceffnffordd yr A4076 sy’n ymestyn o bwynt a leolir 867 o fetrau i’r gogledd-ddwyrain o gyffordd Parc Brickhurst hyd at bwynt a leolir 1800 o fetrau i’r gogledd-ddwyrain o’r un gyffordd. Bydd Gorchymyn Ceffnffordd yr A4076 (Dredgmans Hill, Johnston, Hwlffordd, Sir Benfro) (Dileu Cyfyngiad) 2005 (O.S. 2005/3234 (Cy. 240)) yn cael ei ddirymu gan y Gorchymyn arfaethedig.
Yn ystod cyfnod o 21 o ddiwrnodau o 5 Tachwedd 2025 ymlaen, gellir edrych ar gopi o’r Gorchymyn arfaethedig, y plan a Datganiad o’r Rhesymau dros wneud y Gorchymyn a’r Gorchymyn sy’n cael ei ddirymu, yn rhad ac am ddim, yn ystod oriau agor arferol yn Llyfrgell Hwlffordd, 20 Swan Square, Hwlffordd, SA61 2AN, neu gellir eu gweld ar wefan Llywodraeth Cymru ar https://llyw.cymru/gorchmynion-ffyrdd, neu gellir eu cael yn rhad ac am ddim o’r cyfeiriad isod gan ddyfynnu’r cyfeirnod qA2291047.

THE A4076 TRUNK ROAD (DREDGEMAN HILL TO POPE HILL, HAVERFORDWEST, PEMBROKESHIRE) (DERESTRICTION) ORDER 202-
THE WELSH MINISTERS propose to make an Order in exercise of their powers under sections 82(2), 83(1) and 124(1)(d) of, and paragraph 27(1) of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the proposed Order will be to de-restrict to the national speed limit the lengths of the northbound and southbound carriageways of the A4076 trunk road that extends from a point located 867 metres north-east of the junction of Brickhurst Park to a point located 1800 metres north-east of the same junction. The A4076 Trunk Road (Dredgmans Hill, Johnston, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire) (De-Restriction) Order 2005 (S.I. 2005/3234 (W. 240)) will be revoked by the proposed Order.
During a period of 21 days from 5 November 2025, a copy of the proposed Order, plan and Statement of Reasons for making the Order and the Order being revoked may be inspected during normal opening hours at Haverfordwest Library, 20 Swan Square, Haverfordwest, SA61 2AN, or can be viewed on the Welsh Government’s website at https://gov.wales/road-orders, or may be obtained free of charge from the address below quoting reference number qA2291047.
Objections, specifying the grounds on which they are made, must be sent by e-mail to TransportOrdersBranch@gov.wales or in writing to Orders Branch, Transport, Welsh Government, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF10 3NQ by 26 November 2025.
Should you wish to object, support or make representations, the Welsh Government may need to consult with people and organisations outside of the Welsh Government. As part of the consultation process we may pass information to them, including information you have given us and your personal data. We will, however, only disclose your personal details where it is necessary to do so to address the issues raised. If you do not wish personal data to be forwarded to third parties, you should state this when submitting your correspondence and the Welsh Government will copy the representations to the appropriate third parties with the name and address removed. If there is to be a local Public Inquiry, the representations will be seen by the Inspector who may give them less weight as a result.
