Enfield, Multiple Roads, Temporary Closures Due To Various Works

What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984– SECTION (14,1)

The council of the London Borough of Enfield intend to make the Temporary Traffic Orders described below.

QUEEN ANNES PLACE EN1 - 4649

Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility works

    • Operational Date and times: “At any time” on 17 November 2025 for 4 days or until works are completed.

  • The general effect of the Order would be to suspend parking on this road, from a point opposite No.s 9-12.

THE GRANGEWAY - 4650

Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility works

    • Operational Date and times: “At any time” on 17 November 2025 for 3 days or until works are completed.

  • The general effect of the Order would be to suspend parking on this road, for approximately 90m between its junctions with The Chine and Old Park Ridings, on both sides of the road.

CRESCENT ROAD N9 - 4651

Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Works

    • Operational Date and times: “At any time” on 17 November 2025 for 5 days or until works are completed.

  • The general effect of the Order would be to close this road between its junction with South Road and Richmond Crescent. Whilst the restrictions are in force local diversions would be in place.

MONTAGU ROAD N18 - 4652

Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Highway Works

    • Operational Date and times: “Between 08:00hrs and 18:00hrs on 17 November 2025 for 1 day or until works are completed

  • The general effect of the Order would be to suspend parking on this road between Princes Road and Daniel Close, on both sides of the carriageway.

HOLMBRIDGE GARDENS EN3 - 4653

Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works

    • Operational Date and times: “Between 08:00hrs and 18:00hrs on 18 November 2025 for 1 day or until works are completed.

  • The general effect of the Order would be to close this road from a point between No’s 26/28 and No’s 62/64.

    Whilst the restrictions are in force local diversions would be in place.

SWANSEA ROAD EN3 – 4654

Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works

    • Operational Date and times: “At any time” on 17 November 2025 for 5 days or until works are completed.

  • The general effect of the Order would be to suspend parking on this road, from a point outside No.s 16-20 on both sides of the carriageway.

The provisions of the Orders shall apply only at such times and as directed by Traffic signs.
