NOTICE is given that the Hertsmere Borough Council, (pursuant to arrangement made with Hertfordshire County Council) proposes to make the above named Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The Order seeks to introduce changes in some of our car parks to enable enforcement of restrictions within council owned car parks within the borough.

The general effect of the Orders will be to introduce electric charging parking bays in the following car parks -

• Barnet Road car park and Manor Road car park, Potters Bar

• Brook Road car park and Clarendon Road car park, Borehamwood

• High Road (opposite St Peters Church hall) and Kemp Place car park, Bushey

• Newberries car park, Radlett

Documents giving more detail particulars of the proposal may be examined from 5th November 2025 at the Central Reception, Hertsmere Borough Council, Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood WD6 1WA

Consulting on this scheme is a statutory duty of the Borough Council. Any personal data you provide in responding to

this Notice will be treated as confidential but will be shared with Borough Council Officers; Borough Councillors and

contracted third parties who are involved in the statutory process. We will not share identifiable data with third parties
